Hey 29 y/o newbie

hey, I'm Chris. I'm a 29 y/o man who has been using porn since middle school and I'm looking for more tools and support to help me quit. My addiction has cost me a job, a fiance, and not least of all, my sanity. I'm afraid that if I don't do something now I may not be able to have a healthy sex life again, or I may wind up in jail. As of writing this I am not porn free, I looked at it today. The introduction guide says to write my rebooting parameters, I have no idea what that means. Oh, on my recovery, I have tried therapy and a 12 step program, and while both have had some helpful insights into my issue, they do not seem to be enough. I'm really hoping to find something that drives it home for good.
