Oh man - that sucks. Don’t give up though. You have proven you CAN do it!!

Take a job, (any job) if you can line something up especially if it will help keep you busy and away from porn. I hate that for you. I have been in the PMO trap on and off for decades and I am finally finding some real hope to quit hopefully forever. You can do this. Just keep fighting! It’s truly a battle / war and PORN Is the face of your enemy. Porn has no problem destroying your life - porn doesn’t care if you live or die! Porn wants to make you it’s slave! You can be free though from this very powerful and seductive addiction. It is EXTREMELY powerful and sinks it’s hooks in very quickly. That’s why millions of men (& women) can’t give it up or don’t believe they can. Think about it What feels better than the high of dopamine rush from porn mixed with the power and feelings of O - but the problem is it IS NOT REAL - porn is a lie, it’s a trick / trap for our brains. Most of us are exposed at a young innocent and immature age and we can’t reason or rationalize or process how to handle porn so we just open ourselves right on up ... and almost instantly we’re hooked then the next thing you know - ADDICTION for some a lifelong addiction (me personally 37 years ... since I was 13)

Good Luck! Don’t give up. You have a proven success just try to start counting the successful days again.

Remember no one can do this for you. You have to go back to the real reasons you quit in the first place. Find any hope and strength you can! you can have a much better life than being a slave to porn. We are all in this together even when we fall we can still get right back up and keep on moving away from our addiction. It is just that a very powerful addiction. Don’t beat yourself up. Believe me after 37 years of this I have had many failures not only with this but in many areas of my life but I always keep trying. I quit drinking, smoking and drugs at different times over the years but this one is the toughest battle I’ve had - But WE CAN DO THIS!!
