Hey guys I'm J. I'm a 27 yr old guy from the US whos been living with a crippling addiction to porn and hentai since i was 13. I have felt like a worthless human being for so long with no motivation, anxiety, brain fog, no energy, no confidence in myself, and lack of self esteem in my ability to talk to women. I have had enough and want to break free of this hellish addiction and live my life to the fullest! No I don't "want" to I am going to overcome this thing!
Welcome on Board!! I too share similar experience with encountering porn at age 13. Staying away from porn has helped clear much of my brain fog among other things. I wish you the best on this journey to be free!

Welcome and good luck! I'm just starting this journey too, but once you get just a few days clean, at least for me, you immediately start getting confidence and self-esteem that you are able to actually overcome the problem. My life and mood have significantly improved, it's worth it!
