Hey, Newbie here.

Hello people, I'm new to the whole NoFap thing, I've been aware of it and wanting to commit and be a fapstronaut for about a year, but it never stuck, today though I've finally committed to get it together and do it. I've reached a point in my PMO addiction that it has started to affect my daily routine and my relationship, I was more exited about a new porn video than my actual girlfriend, so yeah, that's a problem.
Anyway you guys can call me Conrad, and I hope to stay strong, learn a few things here, and make some friends in the process.

I haven't really thought of any long term strategies, I guess when the PM urge comes over me I just start doing another thing, like writing C, playing video games, watch movies, tv shows, etc. I haven't given up O as I am in a relationship, but the PM really did mess with it and now after talking to my GF, she showed support and said she'd help me with whatever I needed.
What strategy would you recommend? I have talked to a few people here but I haven't actually come up with any.
