    Hey Everyone,

    I've been ardent porn user for most of my adult life and decided to get on here and make my NoFap journey official here today. I'll be considering this day 1 for record purposes. I've had a couple of relapses, I've also substituted here and there with alternatives such as escorts but I'm not going to give up till I've weaned myself off this addiction and rewired my brain. I read the book by Alexander and that was what inspired me to get on this path.

    Anyway thanks for having me and I'm happy to be with you guys on this journey.

    Welcome to the site. Read up on what other people are doing to stay away. There is a lot of good advice and good people here you just can't sit on your laurels and expect change. If you do that than you will succeed.
