Hey Guys. Mobcy here, 24 living somewhere in the middle east.

Im a Medical Student so im basically surrounded by negative vibes of books and exam strees. Currently single. I have first discovered M at the age of 13.I did it without watching P. Watched my first ever P at the age of 15 and ever since PMO became a part of my life or lets be more frank, my sexual life.

Whenever i am bored i watch P. Whenever I struggle to sleep i watch P. Whenever i feel helpless and unable to fight back i just do it.... PMO. I used to fap with an average of 3-4 time a week.

I do feel that PMO made me more negative, i would say most of me being negative is mainly due to the fact that i am too realistic and the current situations of the country where I live make it way worse. Terrible financial situations and a sexless life being 24 and still a virgin makes me sad.

I do as well feel that PMO made lose some of my intellectual abilities being somehow absent minded or lost or lets say

I do want to mention that I have an very high sex drive. I do live in a Muslim country so pretty much dating or having sex with a partner without marriage is absolutely impossible.

I rebooted exactly 9 days ago and i am struggling a little bit, i get awkward boners , my brain needs dopamine from PMO most of the time.

My longest ever run was a little bit over a month and back then i used to celebrate by PMO. My latest run was almost 17 days and i relapsed which was exactly 3 weeks ago.

I do need help from people who live in the same circumstances where sex is not abundant and with financial difficulties. I know it sounds insane BUT I DESPERATELY NEED HELP.

I need to discover the old me that I've lost ever since i was 13

  3. One of the ways I got involved with the fellowship was by reading some really great journals.

I've included journals from all age groups, spiritual members, religious members, secular members, male and female. You should find journals that help. If not, look around, there are hundreds of others from which to choose. When I say "it works if you work it", reading journals is part of that work.

Once you open a journal, click "Watch Thread" in the upper right of the page to get alerts when new posts are made. Here are just a few:

There are many more, and you can discover them on your own. But, these are great places to start.

This is a work in progress. So, if a journal has changed or is no longer active, look around there are some amazing journals on here.
