I can’t tell how many times I have told myself That I was gonna stop PMO since I was about 15, the regret, the shame and each time the same Mindset of trying to stop only to fail a few days later... I’ve researched numerous ways of trying to stop PMO and still no difference, and that’s what led me to NoFap, I can’t explain how much it means to me to stop this terrible habit as I get older and live out my life... but I guess this is the first step to being free
