Hi, 16 y/o newbie here

    Hi everyone, I am 16 years old, currently suffering from masturbation addiction since 6 months which is adversely affecting my studies. I suffer from anxiety, lack of confidence. My grades went down due to lack of interest in studies. My exams are near and I want to get rid of masturbation. Excited to be a part of community and to quit masturbation. Wish me good luck!!

    i saw your profile and i found out you are a Capricorn as me!

    our libido is very high by natural so to speak...

    put your focus on studying and your exams....instead of masturbation
    try to have an plan or program for your free times,
    like exercise or meditation ,

    for going further :
    block _ unfollow any sexual related page or content on social media
    take zinc pills, (meeting a doctor it work also) i take UNIZINC pills for 2 months and my lack of confidence gets better,
    try meditation from 5 min a day, this really helps you with your anxiety

    if you are interested in reading books, i can send you some PDF books for your free time...

    almost 3 months,
    also i had my own self-discipline aka monk mode to battle PMO

    this platform its a very good community online, the only one i really joined, had a lot of change in my life
