    hi everyone! nice to meet you all.

    I'm a 24 year old male currently in university. I've been using porn since i was 14.
    I will be married after 8 months and i don't want to be ( Sexually adaptable) in that time. that will be hard to me. so i will start this challenge and become one of you.

    Glad to have you here. Have you had experiences with abstinence ?
    You can read a lot about the NoFap journey in this forum. I recommend you to start with some success stories because they are encouraging if you are ever struggling on e
    why we all do this.
    Also set up your day counter it’s a challenge against yourself. :)
