Hi, 24 y/o Newbie is here

I'm so much excited to join with you for increasing my ability to happy others.
I'm a depressed male of 24 years old. I started my destructive journey when i was only at 11 year's old. And still now suffering from it.
hopefully i'm overcoming from it since 15 days.
But my mental health are not growing. Always fill up with depression, anxiety, avoiding social gathering, loneliness, PME, ED, etc. All are sufferings of me.
Suddenly i found this website which can help me to recover myself.
So, please welcome me & help me.
