Myself mohan. I am a research student . I started watching porn from 15years or so. Did not understand till now I was addicted to it. I am lacking concentration very much these days due to compulsive overthinking in porn videos. I recently got married and am facing lack of sexual feelings towards my wife. But watching porn makes me aroused . i havent discussed this with my wife. Usually I spend atleast 15hrs on watching porn per week and masturbates daily. I feel really dissapointed now and wants to recover from this addiction as soon as possible. I dont know if this happens this with everyone , everytime i start to think about recovering from porn watching is making me more aroused. I hope everyone support me in this endeavour. Thanks guys
