Hi all known about NoFap for years

hi all just joined nofap. I have struggled with pmo since middle school and I’m now 27 turning 28 later this year. I tremendously need a reboot/factory reset. I have practiced it somewhat in the past. Farthest I got was 24 days before relapse. I know the many triggers that affect me to relapse. My friend lancinator has introduced this program to me and I’m glad he did. Sexual transmutation is a beautiful thing and i recognized it’s potential when I was on the 24 day run. I want to exceed that to at least 90 days maybe even more. Cause I’m sick n tired of it controlling my thoughts and urges. And most importantly my time. So glad there is a community for this journey. We are in this together . Much love
