If you can get past day 21 -the gravity zone - then you are doing something that is working from days 21-30. Keep those habits up and don't let them down so easily or suffer it out more - let it pass over - nothing lasts forever.
The real failure is when you stop trying. I've not got to those lengthy streaks yet.
I am still trying again and again. You should not beat yourself up about the setbacks and instead keep trying.
What made you relapse? Ask yourself. Then find ways to prevent yourself from repeating the mistake.
