So my name is Josh and im 26 years old. Ive decided to take the nofap challenge because im ready to take control of my life. I am a bible believing christian but I don't force my views or beliefs on anyone. I believe that through my faith and also the help of the nofap community I can take on this challenge and most importantly take control of my life. I have a pornography/masturbation problem but I am more determined than ever. I look forward to communicating with you all.
