Hi! I am Daniel and I have to admit that I decided to enter this comunity as last option because I was tought that I could solve my porn addiction alone and that this is not a problem, but it became long time ago... I am masturbating since I was 14 and at first I was scared and excited about that. At that agea I was masturbating at photos and music videos since I haven`t the courage to watch porn. But...we are human beings and we are curious so in one year I found out the porn industry and it was good for a time. After a year of `enjoying porn` and self-tought that `I am in full controll over this` I tought that I have to end it. Ever since 4 years have passed and nothing worked. I tried with self motivation, little punishments, challenges (and 90 days challange worked for 70 days and it was awsome, but I can`t get more than 7 days now).
So by that being said, I am here to ask for help and support. And once I am free I will be glad to offer my help and support!

YES! WE CAN! I found it helpful for me if I write ona piece of paper all the days that I want to pass without porn and in the evening I put my signature over that day number, if i didn`t watched porn (I couldn`t quit pornography with this method but this worked the best until now)
