    My official language is Spanish. I help me (a little)with Google Traductor, so i hope to understand him my misspellings. Well, I was trying reboot in this months. Mis record is 13 days, but I want to reach the record of 1 month. I have noticed the benefits of abstinence from PMO, so still reach the record is very important for me.
