    Hi everyone,

    I just signed up on NoFap because I finally want to end my porn addiction!

    I started watching porn when I was around 13 years old. I quickly started watching more and more - and now I'm 30...
    Although it is possible for me now to stop watching porn for a few days, I always start drinking tons of Red Bull or coffee instead.
    That might sound a bit strange, but drinking tons of caffeine gives my a rewarding feeling - similar to watching porn or masturbating.

    So I have decided to quit PMO and caffeine altogether for the next 90 days.
    (Well, honestly, I would like to quit porn and caffeine forever...)
    I'm really excited to see how the next weeks and months will turn out!
