hi guys i know this forum is not for it but i have a serious health problem from fapping i cant stop

    hi guys i know this forum is not for it but i have a serious health problem fapping i cant stop it looking at it and i lose zinc everytime and i cant supplement it because i got low zinc already and my stomach acid is blocking the zinc to absorb just like i didnt take that capsule then how i can do this with herbs or what kind supplements tribulus ashwagandha or ginseng?

    i think i got kicked in balls when i was young in school should i do surgery to fix the problem or can i die from surgery
