    Hey everyone,

    I'm new here and I can't wait to get started. I'm absolutely sick of my PMO addiction and I just came across this forum recently.

    I'm 20 years old and I live in Australia. I have been addicted to masturbation since I was 13 years old. I did recently manage to go 130 days without pmo, but sadly I relapsed. Apart from this, I haven't had much success.

    I really want to get rid of this addiction for good.

    Well I am pretty clueless right now. I don't know how I can stay away from porn. Like what to do and what not to do.

    I just relapsed today and it is so overwhelming.

    This is absolutely great! Congratulations!

    As a German the word "relapse" is not familiar to me. Sounds like "falling back to the beginning". I don't consider it as a falling back. You did incredible efforts to get rid of addiction and these efforts already had some impact on you. These efforts will influence the rest of your life - in a good way. Don't be sad. We are human beings, sometimes we are strong, sometimes we are weak. We always have the chance to learn and to grow. All is well. Have a restart and enjoy the journey.
