Hi Guys

I am a 19 year-old college student who have been affected by PMO for several years, starting around when I was in 8th or 9th grade. I am sure just like almost every young guy with regular access to the internet, I discovered pornography, albeit accidentally, but I was hooked on like drugs or something (I don't know how brain chemistry works, but I'm sure its a similar feeling). Its a really bad habit, watching pornography and masturbating, that have been on and off for 4 to 6 years. I want to stop depending on PMO because it has a negative impact on my life, especially in academics. I don't really do terrible at school, but PMO consumes a lot of precious time from being focused on studying in high school and now I'm in college, so I need more help than ever. That is why I'm here at this website, which I just discovered recently from I forgot where. If you guys can help me out, that'd be great.
