    Hi,

    my name is Mike and I'm from Germany.

    I had some tries with staying away from PMO but got a relapse like 30 minutes before. I got a blowjob by my girlfriend a few hours ago and then we argued a long time and I felt bad and got a relapse finally. I feel bad now because I had like 11 or 12 days what was my biggest success so far. And I was really feeling better, more confident etc.

    Now I thought it's maybe better to participate here to be more focused on my new try because I really want to give this shit up for feeling better.

    So, hello to everyone and I hope I will get better now.
