Hello everyone, this is my first post. I am 23 years old, a postgraduate student. Now I always can't help watch that kind of shit per week(and masturbate after that), and what is the scariest thing for me is that my brain often begin to envision those pictures when someone pass by, so I avoid looking them. I really need to change and REBOOT successfully. I will come to this thread to record my future behaviors and mental activity as possible as I can.

Welcome to NoFap. Having mental images of what you saw in the past is a symptom that has happened to me too. I was once a porn addict and the memories of what I saw are still pretty strong. It's usually not easy to come out of a porn/masturbation habit. You can do it, though. Lots of people have had success and the same can happen to you. :)

  3. Hey & Welcome to NoFap Community! :)

You are in the right place for recovery here. We are so glad to have you with us to beat this addiction together.

You can go read some Success Stories in the "Success Stories" section to learn more about the benefits of NoFap , get useful tips and ideas to help you in the reboot.

If you have any question about rebooting, you can ask it in the "Rebooting" section.

And i would recommend you to make your own journal in the "Reboot logs" corresponding to your gender & age to track your everyday progress.

Best of luck to you in your journey!

+Here's a post where you can find many important information that will help you in the reboot, Check it out:

    Hiya and welcome to NoFap!!

I like your plan to post on this thread to record your future behaviors. I would try to record daily, as consistency is key to overcoming addictions like PMO. Also, I would recommend joining some kind of challenge. There are a lot, 30 day, 60 day, 90 day. They are super helpful when you are first starting.
