You already won an important victory by acknowledging you had a problem, remember that to stay motivated and yes, if you change bad habits for good habits, the reboot will take care by itself. Go to the gym if you don't already, it's incredible the positive effects it has on one's physical and mental self. You get more confidence, you get more self-esteem, you get friends, you get to see girls in 3D (not pixels on a screen lol), it's full of healthy benefits. Start working on old dreams, see friends more often, the posibilities are boundless.
