Hi, I am new to this forum.

Hii guys ,
I do not know how this forum works but I just wanna share some things about me anyway so I can get started here.
I am 21 years old. I recently found out that I am addicted to porn. I did not thought much about porn being an addiction because I was watching it once or twice a week.
Maybe because I was single before. After I got into a real relationship I tried to stop looking at porn as I was quite happy with my girlfriend.
Then I found out all my efforts are useless I tried so much stuff, read books and even told my girlfriend about it that it's a huge problem. She did not like it ofcourse but
I tried explaining to her why I can't stop watching it right away. She never watched it so she can't really understand what it's like.

I heard of nofap before but was kind of lazy to actually involve in seriously.
Now, it's enough I want atleast somebody to help me and share how can I get out of this.
It made me ashamed to myself. I did not enjoy sex sometimes with my gf because day before I masturbated watching porn. It's horrible .

I am on a Zero streak right now. I actually watched porn just before signing in for nofap.
