Hi, my name is Francis and I'm from Ghana. I heard about this site from a ted talk on youtube. I've been addicted to pornography since i think when i was 14 there about. I'm 27 now and I've come to a point in my existence where i don't want to be controlled by my urges. I've tried quitting many times but I usually relapse. I hope to see it through this time on. thank you

 

The most recent attempt is using parental blocking app on all browsers on my pc.I manage to keep pornographic content from my phone cuz my kid cousins play games with it. As for masturbation as long as I don't watch porn, I don't masturbate..
