Hello, I am glad to write my first thread in this forum. Although my problem with PMO is not serious, first I think I have a more important problem with homosexual OCD in relation to P and M, I don't know if that is because of P and M or separate from it, which is clear to me I don't want to continue consuming P and I don't want to continue taking refuge in M. I'm a man, 23 years old, if someone identifies with this case it would be great to have a conversation in DM, we can be accountability partners and support each other
