Hi, I'm New

    Hi there! I'm new. 28 years old, trying to stop M completely. It happens at a rate of about once every 5 days or so, but I don't want any M in my life - I believe it's harmful to many aspects of my life and so far I have been unable to stop.

    I've had the occasional struggle with P, but it's not at the level of an addiction.

    I'm just looking for some accountability, as I don't really have anyone to be an accountability partner in real life.
