Hi, Newbie Here Making A Change... Please Help!

Hi,

I'm Sebastian, in my mid 20's.

I'm not a bad person but I'm not proud of who i am either or the things I've done and still some what do from time to time. I am a out of control porn hoarder and have masturbated for the past 17+ years. Through out the duration of those years I tried to quit porn countless times, I manage to get up to 2 weeks before I relapse each time into the porn death spiral.

It's really ruining my personal life, my dreams, goals and ambitions. It hasn't affected my 2 year love relationship as of yet but fear it will. My viewing content is getting really weird and have me questioning my self a lot about who i really am....?

I NEED a serious astronomical change before it's to late and I find my self at the point of no return, shaming not only me but my family, friends and love one. This is why I have made the decision to come here.

Please! I am in desperate need of someone's help. I'm happy i stumble upon this wonderful community and hopefully this is where i can find the right help;

1. To over come my 17 years porn addiction.

2. To have total self control over my thoughts, actions and be able to put up and indestructible wall towards porn and these disturbing thoughts.

3. Porn hoarder - like i said, i was an out of control porn hoarder, before creating this account i expunge and wipe all porn collections, everything and i mean everything. i know i will have content some where lying around the PC but as i remember the locations or stumble upon the content i will expunge immediately.

I am to the point where i MUST become a Better Man for myself. To have a Strong mental, physical and emotional Mindset and Self-Control, to have better morals, know right from wrong and treat females with the respect they deserve.

I will quit porn, improve my relationships, reaching my personal development and improvement goals, also I will my sexual health goals.

Please assist me.

Thanks for replying, I really appreciate it. I love your quote "I'm alive ... from real joy!" it's simple, yet meaningful. I start reading your journal and i believe it will also give me the motivation and confidence to break on through my addiction, because if you can do it. I know i can too.
