Im a 22 yr old man freshly graduated from college. I am appearing for a competitive exam which requires high level of concentration but every time i sit and start preparing i just give up and search for porn on my laptop which is connected to internet 24*7 since i take online coaching.

I started watching porn at the age of 13 and now my life completely revolves around it. I have tried quitting it but somehow ends up watching more porn instead. I masturbate around 4 times daily which sucks all my energy and there is no energy left for productive work. Also because of my porn addiction i have become a less social , low confidence, low self esteem person.

Its time that i stop all these but dont know how to.
PLEASE HELP.
 
I’d say be careful with the side effects of watching porn like the low confidence and self esteem and loss of energy for productivity. If we experience depression I would always recommend medication now because I take them and they work wonders. It seems like there’s a great schedule with finishing college getting ready for an exam and recieiving online coaching. Keep this up, porn may be a resource to lower stress levels. I’d say to take care of this situation as soon as possible, try to fit a physical exercise routine into the schedule as soon as possible, start with at least 3-5 days per week to properly learn the techniques of the exercise and then vary it according to the schedule.

Glad to see you bro!! For a student its quite difficult to study properly when addicted to pmo but quit pmo bro it will bring the new you. Read some success stories here. Interect more with people you will feel hudge changes
