    Hello, I'm glad that exist this platform to help me achieve this important challenge of overcome PMO, My account is new but, I have been looking at the forums from some weeks ago. I created this account because today 9/20/18 was going to relapse from my 5 days streak. My best streak was about 24 days and I did it in december of 2017, after that, I forgot about all this,but now im back, and i know I can do it .

    Sorry for the grammar or misspelling, my native languaje is spanish.
