    So yes... I'm also new here!

    The reason why I'm doing this is simple. I've starting study now and this faping needs to much time which I can use better for learning or something else...

    A second reason is, that I have Paruresis (Can't pee in urinals in public) and I read that someone joined noFap too and hasn't Paruresis anymore... so I hope this will maybee care me of my phobia.

    As you can read, I'm not from the USA, I'm from the heart of europe, so apologize my english ;) BTW: Male, 21
