Wether you want one you can write to all the time or one that monitors your traffic on the internet with a weekly chat is up to you. The important thing is to have a partner, so that you aren't left all by yourself. I myself use a monitor that go trough my internet traffic once a week and ask me questions if there is anything that looks wrong/wierd.
