    I had never heard of Nofap before yesterday; ran across a reference to it in a random news story on my iPhone, so I checked out the website. It resonated very loudly with me. For nearly 40 years I have carried such stifling shame around; unable even to name my affliction, much less admit that I have a problem. I’m looking forward to doing a reboot.
