Hello Rana! I'm from your neighboring country, Bangladesh.
It's great that you have decided to do something about your problems. Nofap is a great place. I used to watch porn and masturbate a lot, I could never avoid them for more than a couple of weeks. And now I'm on a 30-day streak! After coming here, I read a lot of posts related to why I should stop PMO. It's always important to know why you should stop and what are the potential benefits. I read the getting started guide which helped me know all about nofap. Read it and browse through the forums! Read about people's journeys, and plan yours. Joining a challenge helped me a lot, so I'd recommend you to do it.
