I'm writing this thread as an introduction... a hello to this community i just found. Here's my story:

I started considering to quit masturbation and pornography almost a year ago, after a guy "challenged" me to stay a weak without those two things (i failed). So, as i started to realise the bad results of masturbation and pornography on me, i decided to try nofap for real. I failed a couple of times but, in december 2020, i managed to start my longest streak (4 months), i got so proud of myself... during that time i also got more spiritual and i abandoned atheism and became a theist (i basically now believe in god), i started reading more, writing more, became more sociable etc. But... at the end of the 4 months i failed... i watched pornography and masturbated to it... felt really bad... not only because of me but because, now, i knew it was a sin, it was in june-july, and i still haven't been able to start a streak as long as my first one... i can remain without porn and masturbation for one week max... maybe ten days... but i can't go beyond that. That's basically why i'm joining this community
