You have to do nothing special to start, there is nothing in the settings or no hidden places here. The moment you decide you want to start this is the moment of the start. What you can do on this website is :-
1. Keep a journal. Keeping a journal is nothing but starting a thread in one of the various sections marked with age groups.
2. Set up a counter that shows your streak and goal. To set up a counter, you can click on mine and follow the instructions.
