hi

it seems everytime i try to stop watching porn i relaspe, its really fucking difficult

i thought it would be probably be pretty easy,

i stopped drinking every day down to 2-3 beers in a session , maybe 2-3 times a week -easy

i stopped smoking ridiculous amounts of pot every day, to none - i completely cut that out -again easy

this porn thing is fricken crazy, it literally ruining my life

well im also addicted to the internet in general, but really i dont care if i spend all day on my favourite message board or playing cs 1.6 (any other players here?)

i guess i dont even know where to start with this site, should i join the reddit page too? or will this site be enough

so anyways people help me, cause i dont even know where else to turn
