Hit a month, a few moments ago

Hello, everyone. Glad to have my first post in!

I'm glad to say that I've hit a month now, absolute no PMO and it's just perfect. I won't say it's my first time to hit 30 days since I've hit 30 days and more before but failed which I hope won't be happening again. Benefits of nofap never get weaker, everytime they just encourage you to know how you'll be feeling like when you complete the whole reboot process.

It's a shame how some people claim that nofap is just pseudoscience & nonsense and instead, they encourage hesitant ones to PMO like it's no harm; I hope they find their way and realize how it's just destroying for one's life. It's a simple equation yet even the smart (but weak) fail for it. Lose your self-esteem and mental energy for a bunch of pixels and fake acts or live naturally & let your body get the energy it deserves.

Thanks for everyone here since I've read lots of posts here on things I was hesitant about!

 

Keep it up, just don't let those controlled-by-desires people make you hesitate for a second about this. Trust me, you'll feel how important and how you should've done this early yourself.
