Hey man, I defenitely don't want to be preachy, but just a suggestion, which helped me tremendously was to adopt a plant based diet..
Also to connect with like minded people through a hobby or a sport may have positive effect grtz

 

92 days without PMO..... I strongly suggest that you go do 10 days of silence now. I think there's a Vipassana meditation centre in every state now.

Great job on your success, @Byris. I like the idea of finding more things to consciously accomplish, even if silence isn't going to be the thing for you. Do a 10 day challenge to smile at more people, like 10 per day? Ask 1 girl a question about her interests per day? You get the idea. Something that continues your journey in self-improvement.

Celebrate dude, get out with friend or many or alone and get some drinks and have fun. Dont exagerate and dont do it if you think it might break ur streak. Its not ok to sleep 10 11 hours. You have much energy inside, use it for anything, test it

 

I don't mean do 10 days of silence at home. I mean do a residential meditation course. There are about half a dozen groups in the world who run 10-day residential mediation course. You meditate for 10 hours per day for 10 days straight, no talking, no eye contact, no gestures. Last meal at 5pm is two pieces of fruit.

The two main groups are the Goenka group (www.dhamma.org) and the Mother group (www.internationalmeditationcentre.org). They both teach what's called Vipassana meditation. Goenka has about three or four hundred centres in the world, and Mother has about 15.

I've done 10 days of silence with the Goenka group twice (once in Ireland and once in England). There's probably a Goenka meditation centre not far from where you live. They're everywhere now.
