    So I didnt use porn or orgasm but for a 4 hour period I lost my mind completely and started fapping and stopped myself and started and stopped.

    The addiction runs deep :(

    I got addicted at a very young age due to my stumbling across magazines. Full blown panic attack

    Took a hot shower massaged the blue out. blasted with freezing cold shower for around 10 minutes.
    This site is a god send.
    So thankful for everyone here
