    Hey there,

    I’m new to this community and have been plagued by porn addiction and escalation. I also have HOCD to which it plays a huge role. I was wondering if there were any other HOCD sufferers or past sufferers with porn addiction who can private message me. I’m just sorta looking to speak directly with someone as I’m in a bad place right now.

    Hey there! I'm currently facing the same predicament. Started porn at a very young age but escalated to videos of solo men beating their meat. I believe and hope that it was the taboo of it that gave me the kick. Trust me bro the more you NoFap, the more the thoughts and sexual tastes go away. Iv'e done 2 streaks of 5 and 6 days respectively and I could see some improvement with regards to the anxiety. Unfortunately just relapsed but with a bit of motivation and optimism to try again. We can do this bro!
