    Yeah during my Bdsm play, many of my doms wanted me to look at the sissy hypno porn, at first I was disgusted by looking at dick pics, but later I started liking them more like not hating them, which made me assume that I was a bisexual.

    I don't know about the concept of watching a lot of straight porn would ever unconsciously make you into a bisexual or gay, if that's true then almost all the 90% men who watch porn have to turn into gays...But i do agree the part where, if you keep rewiring (or brainwashing) your brain to like a certain sexuality or type of porn, there is a possible chances of doubting your sexuality.

    I can't say I have all this figured out yet - by a long shot!! - but here is what I have learned.
    • Face it. Face it confess it, write it out.
    • cold showers
    • diet and exercise - find a routine and stick with it. get rid of excess sugars, unhealthy stuff.
    • Try to find out what your fantasies are trying to fulfill.
    • Try to figure out why - its different for everyone, because I believe the root causes are all a little different - find models on nofap who have succeeded whose stories seem like yours
    • Try to figure out when: When do these urges come up? are their times they seem disgusting and unwanted?
    • Work on self esteem and anxiety - figuring this stuff out is complex and it takes a long time - its' not a pill you can take (though some people have had help with natural supplements that help balance brain chemistry - this again, is very different for everyone.
    • Adapt a routine
    • firmly write out why you want to quit, the damage its' done and the benefits you'll get from quitting - review everyday.
    • journal - here and offline hand written for very personal stuff (just make sure no one sees it- you can even throw it away after you write it - just garner insights- its the writing process that helps.

    Just do not worry about it, do not look for guides, do not look for quick internet fixes

    just do not give a damn,

  5. After a streak this year of 93 days, and a mini relapse of just 2 days, and now that I am in day 32

    guys there is hope

    almost no trace of hocd

    Erections got really better,

    Ultra horny just by thinking about girls and very vanilla stuff

    looks like the mind now needs way less dopamine to get excited

    its been a journey of not just nofap but also exercise, healthy dieting and meditation/hard work

    stuff gets better

    if you do not input into your brain shit like gay stuff and worry about hocd, you will eventually make those connections in your brain weaker.

    Think of it like this, if the only thing that you feed into your brain is chicks (no masturbation, no gay stuff, no hocd, no grindr, no porn)

    BELIEVE me, after a certain time (be it 30 days, 90, 180, whatever), your brain will readjust and just react to real life girls if that is what you feed into your brain.

    The real question is, are you strong enough to CUT THE BULLSHIT and really go far beyond?

    Are you willing to stop thinking about short term pleasure that later makes you feel like shit in order to find the best version of yourself and become someone who is proud of himself?

    If you really want, you can achieve it.
