If we consciously ignore this urge, the body will release it through wet dreams. Initially the frequency will be more but afterwards the body will adjust with its pace of production and gradually decrease that intensity with which it produced the sperms.
Imagine giving your body all the time and nutrients it needs to create healthy sperm. Imagine this wonderful batch of strong, lively sperm not being flushed away but conserved and eventually reabsorbed. With its 74 day cycle plus the next 21 days, together after 95 days, you'll have it all back in the system. Imagine why you feel physically amazing after 90 days or so??
