    Next couple of days I'll be home alone, which used to be a big trigger for me. Can't go out much because there's an exam in 5 days I've got to study loads for.

    I'll take this as the first big challenge I face through my recovery. Wish me luck lol

    Good luck! Study well. Remember to take breaks, rather than sit there getting in a flap. Even a brisk 20 minute walk around the block or wherever you live can set your mind straight, ready to get back to some good studying.
