Hopeless? I want to try again and need help

I struggle with PMO since I’m around 19…7 years later and it’s an up and down…
The worst was even using apps to connect o video cams with girls and this is enough…I need a stop….

my discipline and my motivation is on an all time low… I feel like I once was motivated I once was so much better…I want the energy back…I want a life free from porn and masturbation!

I’m not sure if I’m strong enough:/

I mean let go of everything thats holding you down. If there is any pictures, links, apps, people, etc that you still haven't deleted, then you must do it now. If you don't you will fail. If you do, you're ready.

Bro. You don't have to be afraid of failing, only of giving up. There are countless people here who failed dozens and dozens of time, but succeeded in the end (including myself currently going through the process). You have to understand, failure and success are not different roads, rather success is the end of the road after alot of failures. Also, there are ways to prevent failure, just read the success stories and you'll get alot of tips.

Thank you…the pleasure is just so addictive…I failed today…and whenever I fail it won’t stop at 1 a day…so bad
