Hello, I am currently on day 26 of my PMO journey, and so far rebooting has made me feel way better then I have for years possibly, that combined with my weight loss journey up to 22 pounds lose since January 1st. Last week around day 19 I started having horrible insomnia the worst I can ever recall having after a long day of being active I am extremely tired but I just can't fall asleep. I always had no trouble sleeping always getting 7-9 hours each night without waking up. The last week I have been averaging 2-3, the really weird thing is when i wake up I feel super energized like I got the 8-9 but at around 4pm I just get hit with a sudden exhaustion all over again. I just wanted to know if this is a normal occurrence during this stage of PMO/Rebooting and if other are experiencing it, or if you experienced it in the past what did you do to overcome it? Any comments, feedback or suggestions would be truly appreciated. Thanks!
