How a community can provide better help

The positive environment of this website has surely made nofap a more enduring challenge. The community gives strength and never lacks in motivation. I am new to this community and breaking my 90 day challenge seems like disappointing the community as a whole. Such strong conditioning has made completing nofap490 challenge easier.
