    Hello there,

    I haven't been on this forum for a long time. I hope that your journeys still continue. A lot of things and situations happened during that time period and sometimes I also decided to quit... but fortunately I'm still on the side of Nofap. My last flatline was few days ago. I'm going to write a longer article about tools that work and about anti-tools that don't work for me, but every individual experience can be different. Today I was very happy that I was able to block my urges. But for this time my question simply is...

    doin alright man, cant complain at the end of the day. just tryna do the right thing, fix past mistakes and save da moneys.

    I'm doing good as far as abstaining from PMO... (75 days porn free, only a few days M. free)
    But having some difficulty in other areas of life. Just struggling to stay optimistic and motivated.

    Yeah I feel that about being optimistic. It sucks when you try to be positive but your whole life feels like a shit hole.
    I guess you just have to keep breathing....

    Just hanging there, life feeling like an steep uphill without plateaus to rest, but If I'd learnt something in my life is that after periods like this, one gets to sit on top of the hill and enjoy the views while having a tea :D

    same, sucks. still having negative thoughts towards certain ppl. like my mind automatically says "f**k you!!" and thinking woah..wtf is wrong with me? i needa see my family. havent seen them in a bit. also need to get out of the city into nature. i think id be better off.
