How bad are porn thoughts compared to actual porn?

    I also try to stop MO. But I don't see stopping MO as mandatory as stopping PMO.

    Basically I occasionally relapse on MO, and I would like to think that it hasn't hurt me much if I am avoiding PMO.

    So would you say one of the main reasons MO is so bad is because it will likely cause you to return to PMO?

    But what if a guy couldn't access any porn or artificial sexual stimulation. Would a guy like this be at less risk of MOing than a guy that could access porn and artificial sexual stimulation?

    If it's working for you that's okay I guess. How long has it been since the PMO switch to MO? If you've gone a while without porn you probably have weakened the neural connection to it enough that you can MO relatively safely. But everyone that I know needed at least a few months of neither to reach that point otherwise they'd go from MO back to PMO through BS rationalization

    What's the reason for you to do Nofap? Because i did fapping without porn a long time, but it didnt help me with my metal health

    I began pornfree and nofap to cure PIED. But on my journey I have seen a significant improvement with my mental health also.

    What did u expect us to say?! They are both equally as bad, both releasing the same amount of dopamine,both mean u relapsed, but I understand you, I was just like u, but u have to understand that the hard path is the only option to succes
