How can I be sure I have PIED?

I always used to masturbate when flaccid: I'd wait til I was flaccid and squeeze my dick between my thighs. Eventually I guess I was able to condition myself into doing that. I've stopped doing it that way in the past year or so but even now I can't get hard to porn. Since doing nofap 80 or so days ago I have absolutely no libido but I've never actually felt addicted to porn. Maybe to masturbation but never porn. Is this still PIED or maybe another issue?
